Preset OTP codes

If you've turned on two-factor authentication, you can get 10 recovery login codes to use when you're unable to use your phone.

Once you have your recovery codes, you can use one in place of your authenticator code when logging in.

To get OTP codes:

1. Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner of your e-Cont.md personal account window.
2. Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
3. Click Accounts Center.
4. Click Password and security.
5. Click Two-factor authentication, then select the account you want to get the codes for. You may need to re-enter your password.
6. Below How you get login codes, click Additional methods, then click Recovery codes.
7. Click Get new codes.

You can print or write down the 10 codes that appear. You'll only be able to use each code once. If you run out of codes or lose them, you can request new ones by clicking Get New Codes.
