If you forgot your e-Cont.md account password

This article describes the procedure for resetting your e-Cont.md account password and restoring access to it.

The easiest way to reset your password is to use one of the following options:

• The standard password reset procedure using Google Authentication
• Using a code sent to a trusted email address
• Using a code sent via SMS to a trusted phone number
• Using a code sent to a trusted device on which you are already signed in to your e-Cont.md account

This way, we'll know it's your device.

Resetting your e-Cont.md account password

1. Go to "Settings."
2. Tap "Sign-in and security" > "Change password."
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

If you're trying to log in on a new device

If you're logging in to your e-Cont.md account on a new device and don't remember your password, you can select "Forgot your password" on the e-Cont.md account login screen.
You can then reset your password by following the on-screen instructions.
