How do I contact e-Cont.md Support?

All customers are encouraged to open a support case here in order to get the quickest response. Please remember to include as much detail as possible when opening a support case, including related customer or invoice numbers and screenshots. This will help us solve the problem quickly.

Does e-Cont.md have an API?

Yes! Our REST API is currently in beta. It allows developers to build custom integrations and workflows on top of e-Cont.md. You can view our Developer docs and API reference to learn more.

Can I export my data from e-Cont.md?

We strive to make it easy for you to get data into and out of e-Cont.md. Currently there are a few ways to export your data:

1. API - the API is the quickest way to access your data on e-Cont.md. It gives you complete control over the underlying data within your account. Take a look at our API Docs to learn more.

2. Request an export - you can request a complete data export from us by contacting e-Cont.md Support. We will respond as quickly as possible with a download containing all of your billing data in JSON format.

How do I reset my password?

If you ever forget your password you can securely reset it here. The forgot password process will send a password reset request to the email address for your e-Cont.md login.

How do I download invoices for my e-Cont.md subscription?

We automatically email you a receipt for each charge we perform as a result of a paid e-Cont.md plan. If you want to download an invoice for any e-Cont.md charges we support that also.

Steps to download invoices from us:

1) Log in to the web app at e-Cont.md.com.

2) Go to the Settings section in the left sidebar of the app.

3) Click on Billing in the Business Settings section.

4) Underneath Invoices click the Download Invoice button next to any invoices you want to download.

How do I update my billing information?

1) Sign to the web app at e-Cont.md.com.

2) Go to the Settings section in the left sidebar of the app.

3) Click on Billing in the Business Settings section.

4) Fill out the form underneath Update Credit Card with your updated credit card and billing address.

5) Once that is finished, click Update Card. A green message will verify that your billing information was updated with no problems.
