To delete a department, go to the “Departments” section and select the required item. Click the "Delete Department" button in the lower right corner of the page and confirm the deletion.

Only the main manager can apply to delete a department.

After receiving the specified application from you, we will automatically take the following steps:

  1. We will create an archive of all information on the specified department
  2. We will send you this archive by email to the main department manager and the main account administrator
  3. after that we will delete all information on the specified department
  4. We leave only the name of this department as a record in the Service logs of the fact itself and the period of its existence.

We no longer store any information about the remote department.

The deleted department does not participate in accounting for the maximum number of departments in the selected package of service.

Deleting a department will delete all invoices for payment, clients and other data associated with it.
This action is irreversible.
