Import/Export file templates

For the convenience of working with data import into the e-Cont.md system, you can download templates and sample files for import.

Import client(s) in the format:

Import account(s) in the format:

Comments:

• "Simplified invoice template" is useful when you need to issue an express invoice for payment without specifying many details that are not important for these invoices.
• "Invoice template with VAT details" is useful when one invoice for payment contains several goods or services with different VAT taxation.
• "Advanced invoice template" is used when you need maximum control over the invoice fields, since it is necessary to take into account various aspects in these invoices.
• In any case, the general principles of invoice import apply:
  • There are mandatory template columns that are listed in the "Simplified invoice template";
  • Optional columns may be missing, or the data in them may be empty, then the parameters from the default settings of your department will be used;
  • If missing data relate to monetary values, then their calculation will occur automatically
• When importing invoices for payment, the invoice numbers are automatically assigned sequential numbers taking into account the invoices already existing in the department. This eliminates duplication of numbers.
